Leuze electronic was founded in 1963 in Owen/Teck and today employs over 1,600 people. The family-owned company specializes in switching and measuring sensors, image data processing, and safety technology. The safety light curtains (MLC) and safety laser scanners (RSL) are market leaders. With the 53 series, Leuze offers compact sensors for the tightest installation spaces. Particular strengths lie in intralogistics, packaging, and automotive industries.
